DARK MASTER
RULES AND REGULATIONS

Purchases from the shop and donations are processed exclusively via the officially designated Dark Master systems or via tickets.

Once the transfer has been successfully completed, the player is responsible for the content they have purchased.

As a general rule, no compensation will be paid in the event of loss caused by:

• PvP
• one’s own death
• incorrect transfer
• incorrect use
• unsafe storage
• accidental dropping
• Sharing with other players

In the event of a verifiable fault in the Dark Master system, the case will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

BBS, or Bushberry Seeds, may only be earned, deposited, transferred or spent via the officially designated Dark Master systems.

The following are prohibited:

• BBS-Duping
• Duplicate bookings
• Tampering with BBS accounts
• deliberate exploitation of incorrect credit notes
• Bot exploits
• Shop exploits
• API exploits
• Tampering with orders or deliveries

Any credit note that is clearly incorrect must be reported.

Trading between players is permitted and is, in principle, at your own risk.

Deliberate commercial fraud is prohibited.

Items, dinosaurs or resources that have been duplicated, tampered with or obtained through exploits must not be sold, traded, given away or passed on.

Private real-money transactions involving BBS, Dinos, items or other Dark Master in-game content outside of officially authorised Dark Master systems are not permitted.
