RULES AND REGULATIONS

The penalty depends on the nature and severity of the breach, whether it was intentional, the damage caused and any previous breaches.

Possible measures include:

• Note
• Warning
• Removal of structures
• Removal of spam
• Removal of illegal items
• Removal of illegal dinosaurs
• Reversal of BBS received unlawfully
• Discord Mute
• Kick
• temporary ban
• permanent ban
• cluster-wide exclusion

There is no entitlement to a prior warning.

Serious breaches may result in an immediate permanent ban.

Circumventing a ban is strictly prohibited.

This includes continued participation via:

• new accounts
• Secondary accounts
• Family accounts
• Friends’ accounts
• other platforms
• Fake Tribes
• other accounts that are actually being used by the banned player

It is also prohibited to knowingly provide an account to a banned player.

If ban evasion is confirmed, all accounts involved may be permanently banned.
