DARK MASTER
RULES AND REGULATIONS

By playing on the Dark Master Cluster and using the associated website, Discord, shop, BBS and support systems, you agree to abide by the currently published set of rules.

These rules apply across the entire cluster, on all Dark Master servers and maps.

Each player is responsible for keeping themselves informed about the currently applicable rules and any changes.

Ignorance of the rules does not protect you from the consequences.

When a new version of the rules is published, the player may be required to reconfirm their acceptance.

The deliberate exploitation of loopholes, ambiguous wording or technical means to circumvent an existing rule is prohibited.

This applies in particular to the circumvention of:

• Tribe Limits
• Base limits
• Spam limits
• White Flag Rules
• Caging times
• PvP rules
• Shop or BBS restrictions
• Sanctions and bans

An action may be penalised even if it is not explicitly mentioned word for word, provided it clearly serves the purpose of circumventing an existing rule or gaining an unfair advantage.

Instructions from the Dark Master Team must be followed in ongoing situations.

A team decision can subsequently be reviewed or challenged objectively via the ticketing system.

Failure to comply with a direct administrative instruction may be regarded as a separate breach of the rules.
